In a nutshell, we want to dive into those topics that managers, team leaders and anyone who has a manager cares about: growing as a leader, tackling impostor syndrome, dealing with poor performance, where our inspiration comes from, how we’ve learned to lead others etc.

We will draw from our own very different experiences leading others, and share what we’ve seen others do, and the books we’ve enjoyed.
